An exhaustively researched fictional telling of the true crime 1892 Borden murders, Killing the Bordens is historical fiction but uses the true historical sources, including the trial transcripts and police notes, to tell the story with as much historical accuracy as possible.
I'm working on my second book now, which is also historical fiction based on true crime murders. This second book, however, is a ghost story.
